The Silent House - Brighton Fringe 2018

Sweet Werks - Werks 1
Theatre

Benjamin and Shiva have lived in a refugee camp for two years whilst they work towards completing their citizenship applications. They're very friendly and intimate, but there is something between them that gradually changes the shape of their relationship. In the biblical Book of Job, the hero demands that God explain himself in regard to the tests to which he puts him. He accuses God of remaining silent in the face of the human "Why?". Join us to ask the "whys" about our world: about humanity, war, violence and existence, and passionately make the world a better place through art.
